Every part of running a 10m club, connected: scheduling, inventory, competitions, finances, performance and the athlete's own app. No spreadsheets, no stitched-together tools.
Scheduling & booking
Athletes self-book one-hour lane slots; the database enforces open hours and capacity, so a slot is never double-sold. Coaches confirm and can book for their shooters.
Ranges & typed lanes
Model every physical range and each pistol or rifle lane, with per-range opening hours in your club's timezone and lanes assignable to a coach.
Serialized inventory
Every club firearm tracked by serial, condition and usage, grouped by type and brand, with a full replace-and-retire audit trail. Athletes' own guns too.
Competitions & scoreboards
Run internal matches end to end: mark athletes eligible, manage invited, confirmed and declined line-ups, and score each event on its own live scoreboard.
Finances & member fees
Charge member fees as card payments on your own connected account, or record cash by hand. See outstanding balances, 30/60/90-day ageing, cash-vs-digital, and export the ledger to CSV.
Gamification
Personal bests, a club leaderboard with top-10 medals, and badges for tens, weekly streaks, wins and category tiers, tuned to elevate the competitive side of the sport.
In-app notifications
A private inbox per user with a live unread badge: booking requests and confirmations, competition invites, session changes and unlocked achievements, updated in realtime.
Security & GDPR
Row-level isolation between clubs, EU-region hosting, audit trails on scores, roles and finances, and self-service data export plus in-app account deletion.
Your data, yours to keep
Export any session or your whole shooting history to a spreadsheet or a PDF report, straight from the app. Join a club, leave a club: your record travels with you.
Serious engineering, quietly doing its job.
One codebase across every screen, a managed EU backend, and security enforced in the database itself, not bolted on.
One app, every screen
A single React Native codebase runs on web, tablet and phone, with a native, instant feel at the bench and an OLED-black mode that keeps the sight picture calm.
Rock-solid EU backend
Built on managed Supabase in the EU region, Postgres, authentication, realtime and storage, so scoreboards update live and your data stays on this side of the Atlantic.
Security in the database
Row-level security is the boundary: the database itself refuses to return or accept a row a user isn't entitled to. Every club's data is isolated, and writes are validated server-side.
Low overhead by design
No servers to babysit and no per-seat busywork. The platform is deliberately right-sized for a club, so running it is a few minutes a week, not a job.
Ten languages, natural casing
Fully localized across ten languages including English and Greek, with copy written for people, not systems, and never shouted in forced capitals.
Electronic-target ingestion
Reading scores straight from electronic target systems, including shot coordinates for shot-plot analysis, is in design. It is not shipping yet, and we would rather say so.
Priced for clubs, not enterprises.
Simple monthly plans that grow with your roster. Every plan includes core scheduling, athlete logs and live scoreboards.

Book a demoSee the athlete behind the score.
A score tells you what happened. Mouflon's analytics tell you why: how an athlete shoots under match pressure, where the session fades, and which part of technique deserves the next block of work.
Six answers per athlete, one tap apart.
Open any athlete and get a full performance read across any period: the latest session, the last five, a week, a month, a year, or all time.
- Match pressurePractice average against competition average, side by side. Know before selection day whether a shooter's score travels to the match line.
- FatigueFirst twenty shots against the last twenty. If the session fades, you see exactly how much it costs and can plan volume or endurance work.
- Technique radarHold, follow-through, trigger pull and stance, plotted against your club's baseline. Strengths and gaps in a single shape.
- Trend, volume and consistencyScore direction over time, weekly shot volume, and a consistency score that separates a good day from a good shooter.
- Shot heatmapWhere the shots actually land on the target, session after session. A drifting group is visible long before it becomes a habit.
- Athletes see it tooEvery athlete gets the same dashboard for their own training, so your conversations start from shared numbers. Your coaching verdicts stay yours.
Every chart ends in a sentence.
Numbers are only useful if someone reads them. Each panel closes with a verdict: one plain-language line that says what the chart means and what to do about it. No spreadsheet archaeology, no guessing.
"Competition scores hold within 1.5 points of practice. This athlete travels well; select with confidence."
"The last twenty shots drop 0.4 per shot. Sessions may be running long; consider shorter, sharper volume."
"Trigger pull sits below the club baseline while stance is a clear strength. A dry-fire block would pay off."
Verdicts are written for coaching eyes only. Athletes see their charts; the plain-language read stays with you, so your voice is still the one that lands.
A range officer in your pocket.
The first time an athlete hears "For the first competition series, load" should not be at their first final. Mouflon's competition simulation runs the full ISSF 10m match sequence and calls every command out loud, so match cadence becomes routine long before it counts.
Every command, called aloud.
Pick a mode, press start, and shoot. The app runs the clock, speaks the commands, and keeps the screen awake on the bench, exactly the way a match runs.
- The full qualificationFifteen minutes of preparation and sighting, the thirty-second warning, target reset, then the seventy-five minute match with the ten and five minute calls, through to "Stop, unload."
- Finals, all twenty-four shotsTwo five-shot series, then fourteen single shots on the fifty-second clock, ending with "Results are final." The rhythm that decides medals, rehearsed until it feels ordinary.
- Real range cadenceThe clock starts when the command finishes, exactly like a real line. Commands are voiced in official match English, with captions in your own language.
- For every shooterPistol or rifle, club member or training alone in the garage: the same match, wherever you hang a target. Pause and resume when life interrupts.
33 badges. Every one earned.
Training for a precision sport is repetition, and repetition needs fuel. Mouflon turns real activity into a trophy cabinet: streaks, volume, tens, wins and the milestones in between. Nothing is bought and nothing is given away; every badge is backed by shots actually fired.
Four ladders to climb.
The core families grow with your training. Each threshold is its own badge, so there is always a next one within reach.
Train at least once a week and keep the chain alive. Four weeks starts the ladder; twenty-six makes it a lifestyle.
Volume, honestly counted. Every logged shot moves you toward the next milestone, from the first thousand to twenty-five thousand.
The shots that score a perfect ten, added up across every session. One hundred is a start; a thousand is a statement.
First places in club competitions. The rarest ladder, and the one that means the most.
Milestones with a story.
Seventeen one-off badges for the moments worth remembering: the first competition, the perfect series, the season you never missed a week.

One year of training with Mouflon.
Two years and still on the line.
And the medals you can lose.
Leaderboard medals are different: gold, silver and bronze belong to whoever holds the top of the club board right now. They are always live, never permanent, and someone is always coming for them.
Badges belong to the athlete, not the club. Change clubs or go independent and everything you earned comes along, with a notification the moment a new badge unlocks.
Every gun accounted for. Every cylinder in date.
A club's guns are its biggest shared asset and its quietest liability. Mouflon tracks each one by serial number, warns you before a compressed air cylinder reaches the end of its 10 year life, and shows the whole fleet at a glance, so no athlete is ever turned away at inspection for a lapsed cylinder.
The armoury, under control.
Owners manage the inventory, coaches read it, and both see the same fleet analytics. Athletes track their own guns the same way, cylinders included.
- Serialized to the last gunEvery club firearm is its own record: manufacturer, model, serial number, condition and the range it lives at, with a full replace and decommission history kept for the audit trail.
- Cylinder expiry, before it bitesRecord the stamped date and Mouflon does the counting: a warning inside 90 days, a clear alert once a cylinder has expired. No spreadsheet, no nasty surprise on match day.
- Flag anything for serviceA worn trigger, a sticky cylinder valve: flag the gun and it wears a maintenance pill everywhere it appears, so nothing broken quietly stays in rotation.
- Read the whole fleetFleet analytics for staff: total lane assignments and competition appearances, the guns nobody books, and everything due for service or a new cylinder, in one screen.
Compliance you can prove.
The parts that keep a club safe and inspection-ready, each doing its job in the background.
"A compressed air cylinder is legal for ten years from its stamp. Enter that date once and every screen counts down for you."
"Flag a gun for service and it is marked wherever it shows, on the club rack and in the athlete's own list, until it is fixed."
"Which guns go unused, which need a cylinder, which need a look. The analytics answer it without opening a single record."
A note from the founder
Hello fellow shooters and shooting club managers. I am Konstantinos. For over 20 years, I have built a career in IT, navigating everything from the trenches of system administration to software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and solution architecture. My journey into shooting began when I was searching for a hobby to share with my 10-year-old son. We visited our local shooting range for a test lesson, and I immediately fell in love with the sport. Since then, I have become a dedicated 10-meter air pistol athlete. I train four times a week and take my progression seriously; well, as seriously as a 40-year-old father of two can!
Identifying the challenge
During my first few months at the range, I observed the immense effort required to run a club smoothly. Managers and coaches were juggling multiple disciplines and unique athlete needs. They worked incredibly hard to balance gun inventories, coordinate range time slots, accommodate busy schedules, manage cancellations, run competitions, and reliably track athlete progress.
The birth of Mouflon
Because my professional life revolves around solving complex technical problems, I started envisioning a system to help. I wanted a platform that could support my local club while helping my son and me improve as independent athletes. That is how Mouflon was born.
Mouflon is a comprehensive multi-tenant platform built specifically for ISSF 10m air pistol and air rifle. It's designed to serve individual competitors and entire clubs alike, and I built it for real people, not for a portfolio piece.
I thought about the competitor logging every shot after a long session. The coach trying to spot a trend across a season. The club administrator just trying to get through their day without fighting their own tools. Every decision I made, I made with them in mind. I built this the way I'd want it built if I were the one depending on it come competition day.
My goal was never complicated. I wanted to offer a robust tool that provides genuine value and solves real operational problems. Something built with care, for a sport and a community that shows up, shot after shot.
My commitment to you
I will be happy to hear from you. I personally reply to every message, suggestion, and piece of critique you send my way. My commitment is to maintain a world-class application at a reasonable price, driven by a deep respect for athletes and a pure love for the sport.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
See you at the firing line,
K.

GDPR & data protection
Personal data is processed and stored in the EU region. We practice data minimisation, collecting only what a club needs to operate, and consent is explicit, especially for junior shooters under 18, who are handled through a guardian-consent flow with stricter defaults.
