Security in the database
Row-level security is the boundary: the database itself refuses to return or accept a row a user isn't entitled to. Every club's data is isolated, and writes are validated server-side.

Hello fellow shooters and shooting club managers. I am Konstantinos. For over 20 years, I have built a career in IT, navigating everything from the trenches of system administration to software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and solution architecture. My journey into shooting began when I was searching for a hobby to share with my 10-year-old son. We visited our local shooting range for a test lesson, and I immediately fell in love with the sport. Since then, I have become a dedicated 10-meter air pistol athlete. I train four times a week and take my progression seriously; well, as seriously as a 40-year-old father of two can!
Identifying the challenge
During my first few months at the range, I observed the immense effort required to run a club smoothly. Managers and coaches were juggling multiple disciplines and unique athlete needs. They worked incredibly hard to balance gun inventories, coordinate range time slots, accommodate busy schedules, manage cancellations, run competitions, and reliably track athlete progress.
The birth of Mouflon
Because my professional life revolves around solving complex technical problems, I started envisioning a system to help. I wanted a platform that could support my local club while helping my son and me improve as independent athletes. That is how Mouflon was born.
I have poured hundreds of hours into this application. Built as a comprehensive multi-tenant platform tailored specifically for ISSF 10m air pistol and air rifle, Mouflon is designed to serve both individual competitors and entire clubs. I applied every industry standard, best practice, and architectural technique I know to create something pragmatic. My goal is simple: to offer a robust tool that provides genuine value and solves real operational problems.

GDPR & data protection
Personal data is processed and stored in the EU region. We practice data minimisation, collecting only what a club needs to operate, and consent is explicit, especially for junior shooters under 18, who are handled through a guardian-consent flow with stricter defaults.

- Right to access, export and erasure, including in-app account deletion.
- Row-level isolation so one club can never see another's data.
- Audit trails on sensitive changes to scores, roles and finances.

Terms & conditions
Using Mouflon means agreeing to operate your club and its data lawfully and to respect each role's boundaries: owners administer the club, coaches manage their assigned athletes, and athletes control their own records. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
- Acceptable use: no unlawful, abusive or unsafe activity on the platform.
- Billing is monthly and cancellable; enforcement of plan limits is automatic.
- You retain ownership of your club's data and can export it at any time.
- Service is provided as described, with reasonable-effort availability.
